F45 Training Lyndon


F45 Lyndon is fitness community combining circuit and HIIT training through high-intensity group workouts. Workouts are geared towards everyday movements and are time-efficient, with members burning up to 750 calories per 45-minute session. With over 4,000 exercises, you will never have the same workout twice!

All exercises at F45 Lyndon can be modified according to experience level. Everyone is welcome!
