About the program:
Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors is excited to announce the launch of our Curbside Pickup Initiative: “On the Go” at Westport Village.
“On the Go” is a new program designed to adapt to the ever-changing needs of retailers and customers by offering another avenue for the community to support their favorite brands and restaurants. Westport Village in Louisville, KY will have five strategically located pickup spots.
Subject to the participation of each retailer, shoppers may purchase product directly via a specific retailer website or place an order by phone with the retailer. The order will be fulfilled by store personnel. Then, a pick-up time will be scheduled. A designated landing page on the venue’s website will highlight a list of participating retailers, phone numbers to call upon arrival and the location pickup areas.
Custom signage with specific numbers will direct shoppers to a designated parking spot where they can contact the retailer and notify the store of their arrival. Store personnel will deliver the items directly to the customer’s vehicle and place the merchandise in the trunk or passenger seat of the vehicle in an effort to promote contactless service.
To ensure a safe shopping experience, On the Go is following all CDC guidelines.
