Westport Village’s Runway for the Roses Fashion Show was a remarkable way to welcome spring and kick-off the Derby season in Louisville. We partnered with Maryhurst to provide an evening full of fabulous Derby attire while also giving back to a charity that focuses on changing the lives of young women in our community.
Before the show, attendees enjoyed a signature cocktail from Wild Eggs, featured bourbon and wine provided by Westport Whiskey & Wine, and tastes from Napa River Grill, BoomBozz and Zi Olive.
The runway featured trackside fashion found at Apricot Lane, Chartreuse, Clater Jewelers, Collections, Darling State of Mind, FRESH Boutique for Girls, Shirts Ties N Links, and Tunie’s. Looks included Derby hats, formal dresses, colorful Spring styles, men’s wear, tennis outfits, mother/daughter outfit trends, and more! Runway looks were carefully curated by Christine Fellingham, stylist & Editor of TOPS Magazine. Makeup and hair perfected by Fusion Salon.
The show concluded with cheers as a Maryhurst survivor walked the runway, shining pride and strength. Audience members left inspired and ready to find winning looks with special discount coupons from Village shops.
We are already excited about next year’s Derby Fashion Show and want to thank everyone involved and all of our awesome audience who attended! We hope that you enjoyed the show!
